If selected, check in with the venue QR code or check-in staff by 8:30 PM (show start) to secure your slot. Unclaimed spots may be reassigned.
At the entrance, add your name to the in-person list from 8:00–9:00 PM or until all five spots fill. First come, first served. You may send your MP3 in advance or bring it to the show.
Lineup: The performance lineup will be released at the door on show night.

Does submitting music guarantee a performance spot?
No. Sending music alone doesn't reserve a slot. For advance consideration, submit the online sign-up form and watch your email for selection. For a door spot, add your name to the physical list at the entrance on show night. Door spots are first come, first served, until full.
When and how do I check in?
Selected advance performers: Check in using the event QR code or with check-in staff by 8:30 PM to secure your spot.
Door performers: Sign up on the in-person list at the entrance from 8:00–9:00 PM or until the five door spots fill. The lineup will be released at the door.
What music files should I send?
MP3 files only for both advance and door performers. Attach the files directly to your email — no WAVs, mixes, or streaming, YouTube, or Drive links.
Advance: Up to 2 songs. Door: 1 song. Maximum 3:30 per song. List the songs in performance order.
If the music-email button doesn't work, send manually to music@latelyrics.com with your artist name in the subject, event date, and song titles in the body.
Is performing free? What about the Youth Spotlight?
Selected performers receive free entry. The Youth Spotlight is a separate, directly booked five-minute feature from 8:35–8:40 PM and isn't part of the 10 advance or 5 door spots. The featured youth performer must leave by 9:00 PM; the event is 21+ after 9 PM.
